I’M DEBBIE, YOUR GO-TO COACH FOR GETTING YOUR POWER BACK

I’m an educator, author, mental health advocate, and mentor to women who are ready to stop surviving and start living with intention.

My passion for mental health is deeply personal. I’ve lived with depression for many years, and along the way, life has presented challenges I never expected—but desperately needed to learn from. Those experiences shaped the work I do today.

I believe mental health is something we continually grow in, learn about, and actively support—just like physical health.
